Description:

The General Fund is used to add to any or all of the currently assigned bounties, and may be used to cover the running costs of the other bounties.

For example, a 50$ donation to Bounty_X gets a $1.75 fee through the bank, thus becoming 48.25. The general fund may be used to offset this cost to other bounties. Naturally, this can only happen if there is money in the "pot" for such. Also, any funds in this "bounty" can be used for incentives to other bounties depending on a user-vote and/or a decision by the Bounty-Panel.
